Under a dark mood these days...hence the sweet nightmare. 😎

Love, love, love this scrap kit and the wonderful part is it's free to use!  Lots of  dark and gothic elements, along with matching papers. The artwork by Enys Guerrero is becoming a favorite of mine. Halloween is fast approaching... along with the crisp, earthy smell of autumn nights.

Lovely autumn scene featuring a fox from the scrap kit. The kit is free to use and can be found on Elli's blogsite.  I paired it with a free mask from Rachel's Designs.  The colors are beautiful and rich, just love how this tag blossomed from mind to canvas! 

We have had such beautiful weather lately...cool, a bit humid, but so nice to walk in the mornings.

Feeling a little Halloweenish! Love this purple haired beauty with the dark roses in her hands. While creating the setting, I got a few chills and goosebumps.  It must have been the yellow moon rising over the castle. 

I am so ready for the change in weather.  Can't you tell?

Already anticipating fall...with its cooler temperatures and wonderful holidays! This kit from Pink Paradox Productions has plenty of colorful autumn elements and papers.  The tube is by Kajenna and fit perfectly into the theme.  

The weather has been muggy and warm...the storms are hellacious! Hail and wind that is not the usual type of monsoon weather we get in the summer. I am ready to turn the page...can't wait for September.  Will be traveling to Arlington, Virginia where the leaves actually turn to the beautiful warm browns, reds and yellow colors!

Lovely fairy sitting in a small glen under the moonlight. The tube is by Anna Marine, who can be found at Creative Designs Outlet. The scrap kit is one of my favorites from Gothic Inspirations.  They have so many kits that I love! I have collected quite a number of them, which makes it so hard to choose when I start a canvas! Quite a bit of time was spent with this creation and just love how it turned out. 

Last storm that rolled through our town brought my fence down. Amid stress and frustration dealing with fence contractors, I decided with the fence down, it would be a good time to have my back yard totally cleaned up. My carport was exploding with piles of junk and old broken appliances. Everything would go, which included chopping down desert brooms that had grown out of control and a honeysuckle bush in badly need of a trimming. To my surprise, the people I always call out to do heavy yard work and cleanup, asked if I would like my fence fixed too!!! 😄  Thank God for sending their help our way. The fence is back up! My yard is clean and now I can move forward with my plans to mark off spots for planting in the fall. 

On another note, good news!!! My blood glucose finally went down!! It has been steadily rising over the last six months.  All the walking and watching my diet has made a big difference. 😎
