This took me some time to create. Pictures are from HBO...pulled together with some png images that I created some time ago. This was a great challenge and I am pleased with the results. 😊

I have been indulging in movies and tinkering with this artwork. It has been a quiet few days after my little accident.  I fell down trying to replace the filter in my a/c and of course landed on my rump pretty hard. One would think I had plenty of extra padding! I had a hard time getting up and now I'm suffering with pain from my hip to my knee. Its always something with me. 

Back to reading Storm of Swords...its getting closer to Game of Throne's time!!

Just love this background and no its not in the scrapkit. Its actually a wallpaper that I snagged off the internet.  The beautiful tube by Alex Prihodko "Sofia" fit perfectly into the picture. Elements were added from the scrapkit by Melissaz Creations.

We are melting again here in the desert heat. High was 114 and we actually got a drop down to 95 with the wind gusts off the mountains. Lots of storms going on along the foothills...hopefully, we will get more than wind gusts soon.

It has been "HOT"in Arizona. Melting in this heat. High temperature today was 114 in Tucson. My car however, disagreed...it claimed a balmy 119! Ugh! I see the clouds forming, the monsoons are on the way...thank God for the rainy season in the southwest desert.

Enter the Darkness

The wolf waits patiently for his mistress to arrive, sniffing the breeze for her scent. Her steps soft against the stones, stopping to release her owl from its cage. The noises of the night fall into silence. Eyes scanning the horizon, only the far off crash of waves against the shore to break the quiet. Lifting her owl onto her fingers, she calls to her wolf to join them as she leads the way to the arch. Taking a deep breath, she begins to chant the words of an ancient spell....its almost midnight.

PTU Autumn Solitude

Just a note that Pink Paradox Productions is having a month long sale...all kits are $1.00. One of my favorite scrap stores, I always have trouble deciding on which particular kit I must have.

Used my thoughts to create the tag...just wrote out the scene that I pictured and selected the props. Maybe my writing muse will make a comeback if I try writing first and creating the graphic second. It is a work in progress any way you look at it. 

Again, I don't know the artist of the tube. If anyone knows who the person is, let me know so I can give credit.

I've been wandering through the dark world of Pininterest, enjoying pictures of fairies and dragons.During my wandering, I discovered some interesting dark goth pictures, which took me back to Deviant Art for some serious surfing. My first attempt at this, guess you could say I am practicing for Halloween. By the way, I got the tube off Polyvore. There was no artist listed, except for the person who created the tube. If you recognize the picture and who the artist is, please let me know so I can give credit.

I decided to create a new timeline cover. Of course, its free to use.  😊 

Pretty lazy summer afternoon here in San Manuel. Not sure how hot it is outside, as I haven't left my air conditioned home. There is a rumor, started by my husband, that its over 100 degrees!!

Starting to re-watch Game of Thrones, so excited for the new season to begin! I even added a count down timer to the date on my blog!! I even have a Game of Thrones Facebook timeline cover to use when the time grows closer to the first episode. Yeah, I'm crazy like that!

Its getting hotter here in Arizona...temperatures are expected to hit 107 in Phoenix by the end of the week. Usually, Tucson is just a few degrees behind. 😅. I read an article that by 2030 the heat will be unbearable, rising to 130+.  I doubt I'll be around for that event. It does make for interesting reading in this political atmosphere surrounding the Paris Climate Accord.
