Christmas Gift

Christmas Gift

Unbelievable that we are almost a week into December! I am trying to take it one day at a time. First things...first! A birthday is coming up quickly this week and that is garnering all my attention right now. I have a menu planned and I just have to make sure I get the gift.  He is easy to please...just a nice bottle of brandy!

Hopefully, I will get a chance to do cards...between grocery shopping and doctor visit...one more doc visit to go after this upcoming one. For some reason, this has been a more hectic holiday season for me.  One thing after another keeps cropping up on my calendar.

Friday was a rough day for me as Hannah's ashes came home and it rocked me back into a depressive funk.  I am slowly pulling myself out of it because tonight, hubby and I will be celebrating our anniversary. Time for me put on a festive mood! After 41 years...we do deserve to toast ourselves to making it another 40. Already feeling optimistic! Well, I am going to try...I think one extra dry martini with olives straight up might help...😀!!

Love this tube by Nocturne and found a kit with lots of fabulous elements and colors to match up a fairy scene.  I used a canvas textured background for a different look.  Reminds me of a painting. 

Storms wrecked havoc with my fence. Now I am trying to get contractors to come out and give me a quote for insurance.  I am getting very frustrated and aggravated.  I feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman...She had the money to spend but no one wants to sell her a dress...in my case, come out to San Manuel to tell me how much money they want to do the work. UGH! 😞

Can't believe I got this kit for only $1...her sale is still ongoing thru the end of November.  I really enjoyed using the kit to make this tag. Let's go on a midnight ride! Beautiful witch by ©Nocturne taking aim at the moon. She's used her magic spell to enable her broom to fly to lofty heights.  Hardly a scary site, but I couldn't resist building this tag using elements from Gothic Inspirations "A Touch of Magic".  This is another great scrap kit with a lot of magical elements. Topping it off, I added a FTU Animation 514 from Simone, which you can find here.
