This scrap kit is perfect for those darkening fall nights leading up to Halloween! My sexy witch is by Keith Garvey and I simply adore her. I purchased "Tabitha" many years ago and drag her out at least once a year for Halloween. Unfortunately, I don't have very many of Garvey's tubes and need to visit his website soon.
